When you purchase a license, we receive your email address and payment confirmation from Stripe. We store your email address and a generated license key to validate your purchase. We do not store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
The TwinMind Data Exporter extension runs entirely in your browser. Your TwinMind session token and all of your exported data — memories, transcripts, chats, todos, calendar, emails, and audio recordings — are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to us or to any third party. The extension only contacts our server to validate your license key.
We use your email address only to deliver your license key and to contact you about important product updates (for example, if the extension needs an update to keep working). We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We retain your email address and license key for as long as your license is valid. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us — we will remove your records within 30 days.
